We’ve been asked “What’s the deal with the flower?”: The Ylang Ylang / The Queen of The Night” for us it is a call to home. Found in Central Nigeria, where we draw so much inspiration from. Still there today, centered was a huge Ylang Ylang tree. Many nights were spent sitting amongst the jutting roots of this tree, sharing laughs, life lessons, connected to loved ones. Right around dusk, often during the balmy wet season, the tree would emit it’s perfume, coasting far and wide, so far that, from a few miles away, one could close their eyes, and follow the scent to center straight home. The Ylang Ylang is for sure near and dear to us, we hope you also get to share in this connection through our collection.
