Event: The Longstone Street Festival - Design + Marketing + Operations

How does one put 100 vendors (placed to support and not disrupt current businesses on street), 2 live music stages, family-friendly entertainment, great food on 6 city blocks? The answer is…with a lot of help and support. Building the brand identity, marketing strategy, securing/maintaining partnerships, planning and operating day-of logistics was an all-hands-on-deck endeavor. Working with area stakeholders, we managed to build an event that served over 35,000 people in a two day span, creating a stage for over 30 performances, and a marketplace for a diverse group of amazing entrepreneurs.
